Local Airline, Manta Air, founded three years ago, introduces its 7th seaplane in the Maldives on Saturday. The new Twin Otter Seaplane arrived in the Maldives from Canada.

Introducing the new seaplane, Manta Air officials stated that the new seaplane will be used to transport tourists to Nautilus Maldives Resort.

Manta Air officially launched the first scheduled seaplane service in the country in November 2019. Manta Air runs its flights to the domestic routes Dh. Kudahuvadhoo, B. Dhravandhoo, and Gdh. Kooddoo.

With the seventh seaplane, Manta Air now has a total of 10 aircraft including three 72-passenger ATR aircraft.
