Prominent Islamic scholar Sheikh Ibrahim Fareed Ahmed has passed away unexpectedly in Malaysia today.
He had travelled to Malaysia to attend a conference.
According to reports, Sheikh Fareed collapsed shortly after arriving at a Malaysian airport. Although he was given immediate medical attention, he passed away soon after.
