A total of 198,206 people across the Maldives have received the Covid-19 vaccine from the nationwide inoculation drive.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), 111,695 people have received the Covid-19 vaccine from the greater Male’ region. Meanwhile, 86,511 people have received the Covid-19 vaccine from outside the greater Male’ region.
As per the recent statistics, 9,770 people received the Covid-19 vaccine in the Maldives, in the last 24 hours.
The vaccine rollout program kicked off on February 01, with the Covishield vaccine donated by the Indian government.
