October 24, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has reported 92 additional cases of Covid-19.
The recorded positive cases include 26 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 66 people outside the greater Male’ area. Out of this, 06 people are positive from operational resorts, and 60 people are positive from inhabited islands.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 86,922 cases, including 1,524 active cases to Covid-19.
So far, HPA has taken 3,710 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 88 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 85,145.
According to HPA, there are 18 admitted to hospitals, and the Maldives has recorded 240 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
