The total number of Covid-19 fatalities has risen to 269, with 04 fatalities reported this Thursday.
As per the Health Protection Authority's (HPA) information, the 269th Covid death is an 84-year-old Maldivian man admitted at Laamu Covid Management Facility. He passed away at 01:47 pm today. HPA also reported an additional Covid death from Laamu Covid Management Facility today morning. HPA said that the 79-year-old Maldivian male passed away today morning at 09:00 am.
Earlier today, HPA reported one Maldivian female who was admitted at Hulhumale’ Medical Facility, and one Maldivian man admitted at Addu Covid Management Facility had passed away. HPA has confirmed all deceased as Covid-19 fatalities.
