Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has outsourced Security Services and daily cleaning services for Hiya flats.
HDC said that the services have been outsourced with the aim of providing better service to Hiya Tenants.
Under the agreement between HDC and Vashi PVT LTD, security staff will guard the ground floor, basement parking area and monitor the whole premise and CCTV systems at regular intervals effective from 1st February 2022. The security service will be provided 24 hours and will be attending to any issues and incidents reported by the residents and management, HDC.
For Hiya area cleaning services, HDC has signed with four different parties. Under these agreements, Hiya Tower H1, H2, H3, and H4 has been assigned to LM Enterprises, Hiya Tower H5, H6, H7, and H8 has been assigned to Palm Glow, Hiya Tower H9, H10, H11, and H12 has been assigned to KSA Maldives, and Hiya Tower H13, H14, H15, and H16 has been assigned to Lero Investment
HDC said that the signed four parties will monitor the assigned Hiya Towers and clean the area from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM on a daily basis.
HDC also said that major cleaning activities will be carried out on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure the cleanliness of the whole area.
