Records of Maldives Immigration show that 1,752 Tourists have arrived in July since the border reopening. While 7,628 tourists arrived in August, 9,538 tourists arrived in September and till the 15th of October, 8,350 tourists have arrived in the Maldives.
Since the border reopening, the 9th of October has recorded the highest number of arrivals in one day, with 1,025 tourist arrivals.
The Maldives has been continuing to market the tourism industry to increase the number of tourist arrivals ever since the border reopening. These include marketing the tourism industry of Maldives on various platforms of different countries.
