Today morning, Vice President Faisal Naseem met and congratulated the newly appointed members of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) at the President’s Office.
During the meeting, Mr Faisal Naseem highlighted that civil servants play an important role in the implementation of government policies, he also noted the importance of service improvement and striving towards a unified goal. Mr Faisal appealed to CSC members to expedite their work to improve the efficiency of the civil service workforce and suggested seeking ways through CSC's structure to retain positions for persons with disabilities and to give special priority to them.
The members shared their vision for the CSC with the Vice President Mr Faisal Naseem. They also further detailed on improvements for the civil service workforce towards achieving the government's strategic vision for the development of the country.
