November 29th; the Health Protection Agency (HPA) of the Maldives has reported 47 additional cases of Covid-19 within 24 hours.
The total positive cases recorded includes 46 people infected in the greater Male’ area and one person infected outside the greater Male’ area.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 12,994 cases, including 1,039 active cases to Covid-19 recorded within the last 24 hours.
So far, HPA has taken 242,889 test samples for Covid-19, while HPA has taken 1,829 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 121 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 11,902.
According to HPA, there are 94 patients admitted to hospitals.
