Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, has congratulated the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine, Mohammad Mustafa, on the occasion of the 37th anniversary of Palestine’s Declaration of Independence.
