Aasandha has reassured the public that no medicines will be removed from coverage under the Aasandha scheme.

In a statement posted on X (formerly Twitter) yesterday, Aasandha confirmed that medicines will remain accessible under the program. The organization also announced that the 'Master Medicine and Consumables List' is now available for public viewing and download from the Aasandha website.

As part of ongoing healthcare reforms, the government has regulated the prices of 250 of the most commonly used medications, aiming to make essential medicines more affordable for all citizens.

Aasandha also called on the public to report any unauthorized charges for medicines covered under the scheme, emphasizing its commitment to ensuring the program's accessibility and fairness.

These efforts align with broader healthcare initiatives aimed at improving affordability and efficiency within the national healthcare system.
