The foreigner involved in a fight at Artificial Beach on December 6, 2024, is set to be deported, according to the Immigration Department.
The individual, identified as 25-year-old Amrit Singh, was arrested in connection with the incident, and the Immigration Department is currently working on his deportation.
Mohamed Shamaan Waheed, the Controller General of Immigration, had previously stated that the Immigration Task Force was investigating the case and assured that action would be taken against the foreigners involved in the disturbance.
