President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Major (Retd) Mohamed Najah as the new Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation, replacing Muaz Mohamed Rasheed.

Muaz submitted his resignation letter earlier today, which was confirmed by the President’s Office. President Muizzu acknowledged the resignation and announced Najah’s appointment as both a member of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director of Fenaka.

In his resignation statement, Muaz highlighted the financial challenges faced by Fenaka, noting that the company’s expenditures have surpassed its revenues, making sustainable operations increasingly difficult.

The government has expressed confidence in Major (Retd) Mohamed Najah’s ability to address these challenges and lead Fenaka Corporation toward greater financial stability and operational success.
