The newly appointed High Commissioner of Pakistan to the Maldives, His Excellency Vice Admiral (Retd.) Faisal Rasul Lodhi, has assured his commitment to working closely with the Maldivian government to strengthen bilateral relations.
High Commissioner Lodhi met with Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Abdulla Khaleel this morning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the meeting, Dr. Khaleel welcomed the High Commissioner, congratulated him on his appointment, and discussed ways to enhance the brotherly relations between the Maldives and Pakistan.
The Foreign Minister expressed gratitude to the Government of Pakistan for its ongoing support, particularly in human resource development, and highlighted the importance of fostering cooperation in areas of mutual benefit.
