President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has extended heartfelt appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the Government of Saudi Arabia for their exceptional hospitality and services provided to pilgrims and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.

In a message posted in Arabic on his official X account, President Muizzu described the Kingdom's generosity as a noble and enduring act of devotion to Islam. He praised the Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to serving pilgrims and Umrah visitors, calling it an effort deserving of the highest gratitude.

President Muizzu also prayed for blessings upon the people of Saudi Arabia and for the continued good health and long lives of the King and Crown Prince. He wished for lasting peace, security, and prosperity for the Kingdom.

The President’s message comes as the Saudi government continues to extend special support to Maldivian pilgrims. This year, travel processes were streamlined under the Makkah Route Initiative, easing immigration procedures and enhancing services at accommodations for Maldivians in compliance with Saudi regulations.
