As per an official from the NCB, Bollywood actresses, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Singh and Shraddha Kapoor, who were recently questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), have denied substance abuse. These actresses have also refuted any knowledge of Sushant Singh Rajput’s alleged drug habit.
“They said they don’t even smoke cigarettes,” said the NCB official according to an online report.
NCB probing the drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case accepted the “voluntarily surrender” of the the mobile phones of actors Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh for a detailed examination.
Meanwhile, a former executive producer of Dharmatic Entertainment, owned by Karan Johar, Kshitij Ravi Prasad was arrested on accusation of being linked to the “drug syndicate”. He’s among 20, including Rhea Chakraborty, who are in custody.
