October 14, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has reported 94 additional cases of Covid-19.
The recorded positive cases include 20 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 74 people outside the greater Male’ area. Out of this, 06 people are positive from operational resorts, and 68 people are positive from inhabited islands.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 85,932 cases, including 1,231 active cases to Covid-19.
So far, HPA has taken 4,021 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 80 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 84,451.
According to HPA, there are 16 admitted to hospitals, and the Maldives has recorded 237 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
