November 09, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has reported 160 additional cases of Covid-19.
The recorded positive cases include 25 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 135 people outside the greater Male’ area. Out of this, 20 people are positive from operational resorts, and 115 people are positive from inhabited islands.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 89,126 cases, including 2,026 active cases to Covid-19.
So far, HPA has taken 4,483 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 159 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 86,787.
According to HPA, there are 12 admitted to hospitals, and the Maldives has recorded 246 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
