November 15, the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has reported 159 additional cases of Covid-19.
The recorded positive cases include 19 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 140 people outside the greater Male’ area. Out of this, 16 people are positive from operational resorts, and 124 people are positive from inhabited islands.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 89,999 cases, including 2,210 active cases to Covid-19.
So far, HPA has taken 3,906 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 154 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 87,538.
According to HPA, there are 09 admitted to hospitals, and the Maldives has recorded 247 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
