November 28: the Health Protection Agency (HPA) has reported 114 additional cases of Covid-19.

The recorded positive cases include 25 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 89 people outside the greater Male’ area. Out of this, 16 people are positive from operational resorts, and 73 people are positive from inhabited islands.

With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 91,464 cases, including 1,769 active cases to Covid-19.

So far, HPA has taken 3,806 test samples within the last 24 hours.

HPA also reported that 139 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 89,434.

According to HPA, there are 12 admitted to hospitals, and the Maldives has recorded 248 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
