Health Emergency Operation Centre (HEOC) has announced that 112 places have been closed, from the 4th round of inspection. These places were closed for not following the guidelines.
Speaking at the recent press conference by the HEOC, Dr. Nazla said that 3277 places have been checked during the 4th round of inspection and from which 112 places have been closed for not following the guidelines by Health Protection Agency (HPA), meanwhile, a second chance has been given to re-evaluate and follow the HPA guidelines.
From the inspections held in the greater Male’ area, 2534 shops, 586 Cafe’s, 122 Salon, 17 Gym, and 18 markets have been checked.
From the inspections held in other islands, 1148 shops, 335 Cafe’s, 51 Salon, 5 Gym, and 22 markets have been checked.
This would be the 4th round of inspection concluded related to Covid-19.
