Male’ City Council introduces the hotline number, 1622 to provide ease for service providing.
Speaking at a PSM program, Male’ City Mayor, Ms. Shifa Mohammed said that introducing a hotline number will benefit to provide the support from Male’ City Council as well as it will be easier for the public to get services and its information through one number since the services provided by Male’ city council is run in different buildings.
Shifa further said that since Male’ City council is run in different buildings, sometimes it gets confusing which number to call to reach for different sections or services provided. Hence, it is expected the introduction of the hotline number, 1622 to be beneficial for many.
Shifa assured that along with an introduction of a hotline, work is in progress to update information on the services provided by the Male’ City as well.
