Minister of Defence, Uz Mariya Didi has stated that complaints are raised on items missing while receiving mail orders.

I’ve been receiving complaints that when some of us receive mail order, items are missing. The mail order company sends photos of items dispatched etc. When asked the #CourierService blames @CustomsMv etc. Suggestions on how to increase confidence in the mail service is welcome.
