Dr. Nazla has stated that discussions are ongoing to ease further restrictions, but for further restrictions to be eased, the score needs to be maintained.
Speaking at the recent press conference of the Health Emergency Operation Centre (HEOC), Dr. Nazla has assured that restrictions will be eased if the score is maintained at 4, from the guidelines followed to ease the restrictions.
She has also stated that even though the positive cases have decreased, it is too soon to go back to how we used to live before the pandemic. She continued to urge to keep following the guidelines set by the HPA.
Further speaking, Dr. Nazla has said that the ease of restriction did not increase the positive cases, rather, it was the impact of the people following the guidelines, where many did not follow the guidelines of wearing masks in public and main social distancing initially than now.
Since the lock-down restrictions cannot be on for so long and HPA continues to advise us to prepare ourselves for the new normal.
