Vice President Faisal Naseem emphasized the importance of providing quality education to our youth to ensure that future generations are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to succeed.
He expressed these sentiments while speaking at a ceremony held at STELCO conference hall on Sunday morning to inaugurate the English Preparatory School (EPS) foundation website and launch ‘EPS Han'dhaan’ magazine.
Recollecting his memories of studying at the English Preparatory and Secondary School (EPSS), the Vice President highlighted the efforts by the school to cater to underprivileged students and those who missed out on opportunities for formal education in an English medium.
He also highlighted that EPSS has produced several prominent national leaders and that many of its alumni continue to actively contribute to the country in senior, and influential roles.
EPSS was established, on 21 June 1968, and over 26,000 students have completed their education from this institute.
