In his speech, the Vice President said that the government attaches great importance to developing people in the fields that the country needs most. He noted that the government has already launched programmes to train people in many fields, highlighting some details. He also asked the principals who took over their responsibilities to work together with all relevant parties to achieve a common goal.

The scholarship programme for principals was launched in 2022 with the aim of training local principals in a sustainable manner. It is scheduled to be conducted over a three-year period. The second round of the scholarship programme is scheduled to start this year. By the end of the programme, all government schools will have trained local principals.
