November 3rd; the Health Protection Agency (HPA) of the Maldives reports 59 positive cases from 1,471 samples taken within 24 hours. This includes 29 Maldivians and 30 Foreigners.
A total of positive cases records 26 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 33 people infected outside the greater Male’ area.
With additional cases of the COVID-19, confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Maldives have increased up to 11,796. This includes 789 active cases to COVID-19 in the Maldives.
HPA also reported the recovery of 46 infected people in the last 24 hours, which adds up to a total of 10,962 people recovered.
So far, Maldives has recorded 38 deaths due to complications of Covid-19.
