A young man has been found dead in GA. Kanduhulhudhoo lagoon today.

The young man who was found dead in the Kanduhulhudhoo lagoon was a 24 years old local. Police have stated that a young man from the island who left his home at 4:25 am today was reported missing at 4:45 am.

Police and family members were searching for him when he was found with his motorcycle in the island lagoon. The Police said that he was already dead when he was taken to the island health centre.

The man was known to have suffered from a mental illness. Police said they are investigating the incident.
