Vice President Uz Hussain Mohamed Latheef has officially launched "Tradian," a new platform designed to streamline business operations and service provision in the Maldives.
The launch took place during a ceremony at JEN Maldives on Tuesday and marks the first phase of the National Single Window Project.
"Tradian" aims to provide a comprehensive, one-stop solution for businesses seeking various permits necessary for trading in the Maldives. By integrating services from all relevant line ministries and agencies into a single portal, the platform is expected to facilitate more efficient and accessible service delivery.
The initiative is part of the Government’s broader strategy to create a more investor-friendly environment in the Maldives. The full implementation of the portal, scheduled for the end of the year, will enhance the ease of doing business by simplifying administrative processes.
