President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Fuad Thaufeeq as the Maldivian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand.
The appointment was formalized today during a ceremony at the President’s Office, where Fuad Thaufeeq received his credentials from the President.
Fuad Thaufeeq, a resident of Machangolhi Thalamudige, brings significant experience to his new role. Before this appointment, he served as an Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also a former Chairman of the Elections Commission, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing electoral processes in the Maldives.
