Former Communications Minister Mohamed Maleeh Jamal has said that every individual should have the opportunity to speak out when they see wrongdoing.
His remarks came after the dismissal of Ibrahim Saeed (Cade), Senior Political Director at the Ministry of Sports, who condemned Parliament Majority Leader and PNC MP Ibrahim Falaah’s recent call for the execution of journalists.
In a Facebook post before his dismissal, Saeed said the call should be investigated and criticized those within the PNC who supported Falaah.
Following Saeed’s removal, Maleeh stressed that young people should not hesitate to voice concerns, stating that everyone must be able to say when something is wrong.
