Economic Development and Trade Minister Mohamed Saeed has said that a healthy generation is key to boosting national productivity and development.
Speaking on Saturday, Minister Saeed praised the decision to ban smoking for all Maldivians born on or after January 1, 2007, describing it as a historic and courageous step by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.
He said leaders must be visionary and prioritize the national interest, adding that the President is committed to implementing reforms on important social issues.
