Defense Minister Mariya Ahmed Didi has met with the Indian Defense Secretary.
Defense Secretary of India, Shri Giridhar Armane is currently on an official visit to Maldives to attend the India-Maldives Defense Cooperation Dialogue scheduled to begin in Maldives today.
During the meeting held at the Defense Ministry today, Minister Mariya thanked the Indian Defense Secretary for India's cooperation in the Defense Cooperation Dialogue.
Minister Mariya also attended a special reception on the Indian Navy ship INS Savitri last night. During this, the Minister thanked India for its assistance to Maldives in various ways.
