Jumhooree Party Deputy Leader Ahmed Saud has proclaimed four things the party Leader Honourable Qasim Ibrahim would not do.

Since Qasim has decided to contest the upcoming presidential election, some of the supporters of the government have said this was not a good decision. Some of them allege that there are bad external influences on JP.

Responding to the criticism of JP and Qasim Ibrahim, via social media, Saud mentioned four things that Qasim Ibrahim would not do.

Saud said Qasim Ibrahim will not go against Islam, and he will not hurt anyone. In addition, he said Qasim will not steal from the state, and that he will not allow the country's sovereignty to be lost during his rule.

After JP decided to contest the election separately, many people in JP slots of the government have resigned from the party. In their resignation letters, it was stated that the reason they resigned was because they intended to support President Solih in the upcoming election.
