A man has been arrested in GDh. Thinadhoo with a large amount of liquor.
Police said today that they received a tip-off that a large scale liquor trade was being carried out in GDh. Thinadhoo, and a Police operation was conducted there yesterday.
The Police stated that, in the operation, a 33 year old local man was arrested with a large amount of liquor in his possession.
"138 cans of liquor and 103 bottles of liquor were found," said the Police.
Police said the case is being investigated further.
