The second phase of financial assistance for the installation of saltwater cooling systems and solar power systems on fishing boats has been launched.

The Economic Ministry said the government's green economy policy is aimed at ensuring that fishermen can keep their fish fresh for a long time and to address the problems caused by lack of ice during the fishing season.
