November 25th; the Health Protection Agency (HPA) of the Maldives has reported 44 additional cases of Covid-19 within 24 hours.
The total positive cases recorded includes 34 people infected in the greater Male’ area and ten people infected outside the greater Male’ area.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 12,854 cases, including 1,120 active cases to Covid-19 recorded within the last 24 hours.
So far, HPA has taken 236,182 test samples for Covid-19, while HPA has taken 1,516 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 21 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 11,681.
According to HPA, there are 95 patients admitted to hospitals.
The Maldives has seen 46 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
