Hamdan Shakeel, Managing Director of the Green Life Corporation, announced steps to accelerate the completion of 4,000 housing units currently under construction in Hulhumale'. Speaking at the launch of the new FDC logo at Crossroads, Hamdan emphasized the company's commitment to speeding up projects under the government's housing policy.
Reviewing the master construction schedule, Hamdan highlighted efforts to hasten the construction of 22 housing towers. In the past 5 months, 196 slabs of these towers have already been completed, signaling progress in the project.
Hamdan attributed the company's success to its dedicated employees and emphasized efforts to enhance their skills and foster a positive working environment.
Despite the original timeline for completion extending until March 2025, Hamdan expressed determination to meet the target earlier, aiming to finish all towers by December. The project involves 32 towers financed by the Exim Bank of India, with 16 towers managed by JMC and the remaining 16 by India's NBCC.
