The administrative groundwork for the establishment of the National Heritage College has been finalized, according to Adam Naseer, the Minister of Dhivehi Language, Culture, and Heritage.
Speaking at a press conference, Minister Naseer announced that all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks for the National Heritage College have been completed. The development of the College’s signature research programs and curriculum is currently underway, and the names of the administrative personnel required for the college are being submitted.
"The paperwork for the establishment of the Maldives National Heritage College has been completed. We are now at the point of sending the names of the administrators required for the college. Additionally, the work of setting up the National Printing House is also in progress," stated Minister Naseer.
The establishment of the National Heritage College aligns with President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's commitment to revitalizing the Dhivehi language and heritage, a key promise of his presidency.
