Thirteen donation boxes have been placed around the Malé area to facilitate contributions. For those unable to access these boxes, donations can be made directly to two dedicated bank accounts: one for MVR deposits (account number 7730000655865) and another for USD deposits (account number 7730000655866).
The fundraising effort comes in response to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where thousands of Palestinians have lost their lives due to ongoing violence, described by the international community as genocide.
