President Mohammed Muizzu has proven that the Maldives is a nation unafraid to speak out, according to Jumhooree Party leader Gasim Ibrahim, who praised the president’s representation of the Maldives at the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

Gasim congratulated President Muizzu on his participation at the UNGA, highlighting his effective and thoughtful representation of the Maldives. He emphasized that, despite its small geographical size, the Maldives has consistently engaged in international diplomacy, with Muizzu's performance at the UN being a notable example.
