More than 1,200 of the first 4,000 flat recipients have signed their agreements with the Fahi dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC), the agency announced.
The FDC began signing the agreements on 21 July and said a total of 1,530 people are scheduled to complete the process so far. The corporation aims to accelerate the signing process and increase the number of agreements finalized each day.
The agreements are signed based on lists sent by the Housing Ministry after verification. Recipients are advised to bring all required documents, and in cases where they cannot attend, a notarized power of attorney can be used to authorize another person to sign on their behalf.
The FDC described the milestone as an important step in ensuring housing allocation proceeds smoothly.
