October becomes the best ever for an October, announced the Ministry of Tourism today.
According to the Ministry of Tourism, October became the best ever for an October with over 153,600 tourist arrivals. While in October last year 136،298, and in October 2019, 137،488 tourists visited the country.
The Ministry of Tourism said the success was achieved with the cooperation of all stakeholders in the industry.
The number of tourists coming to the Maldives has been increasing after the outbreak of coronavirus, with 1.3 million tourists visiting the Maldives so far this year.
