A 66-year-old woman in A.A Ukulhas home quarantine passed away last night at 11pm.
As per information from the island, the woman who passed away travelled to the island with a negative covid test. She had returned back to the island after a heart surgery done in Male’, and she was also getting treatment for several other illnesses when she passed away.
Although the spreading of Covid cases has increased in different parts of the Maldives, A.A Ukulhas island has not recorded any positive cases yet.
