The Housing Ministry has announced that 4,000 flats have been distributed impartially through the government's housing scheme. During a press conference held yesterday, Senior Executive Director Mohammed Arif stated that these flats have been allocated to deserving beneficiaries as intended. Arif also mentioned that claims suggesting political favoritism are misleading and simply motivated by political agendas.

Arif firmly denies any allegations that he has utilized political influence to wrongly allocate flats to ineligible individuals. He assured that both the people and the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) have no concerns regarding these flats.

State Minister of the Housing Ministry, Akram Kamaluddin, expressed that public complaints will be thoroughly investigated. If any flats were distributed in an unfair manner, appropriate actions, including confiscation, will be taken.

Akram further revealed that he has already provided all the necessary information and relevant documents to the ACC team. He reassured that negligence in this matter would not be tolerated.
