November 28th; the Health Protection Agency (HPA) of the Maldives has reported 14 additional cases of Covid-19 within 24 hours.
The total positive cases recorded includes 08 people infected in the greater Male’ area and 06 people infected outside the greater Male’ area.
With additional cases of the Covid-19, confirmed cases in the Maldives have increased up to 12,947 cases, including 1,113 active cases to Covid-19 recorded within the last 24 hours.
So far, HPA has taken 241,346 test samples for Covid-19, while HPA has taken 1,816 test samples within the last 24 hours.
HPA also reported that 32 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, which increases the total recoveries to 11,781.
According to HPA, there are 92 patients admitted to hospitals.
The Maldives has seen 46 deaths from Covid-19 complications.
