A total of 165,675 people across the Maldives have received the Covid-19 vaccine from the nationwide inoculation drive.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), 95,362 people have received the Covid-19 vaccine from the greater Male’ region. Out of this, 4,083 people were vaccinated in the last 24 hours.
HPA has also stated that so far 70,313 people have received the Covid-19 vaccine from outside the greater Male’ region. Out of this, 3,779 people were vaccinated in the last 24 hours.
As per the recent statistics, 7,862 people across the Maldives have received the Covid-19 vaccine in the last 24 hours.
The vaccine rollout program kicked off on February 01, with the Covishield vaccine donated by the Indian government.
