The total number of Covid-19 fatalities has risen to 297 in the Maldives with 2 fatalities reported today.
As per the Health Protection Authority (HPA), the 87-year-old was brought to HDh. Makunudhoo Health Centre has passed away. HPA confirmed the fatality related to Covid-19.
He passed away at 05:40 pm today.
This also marks the 20th death in the month of February so far.
