Additional Secretary of Ministry of External Affairs of India, Mr. Prabhat Kumar paid a courtesy call on Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Khaleel today. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
State Minister Khaleel welcomed Additional Secretary Mr. Prabhat Kumar and his delegation. At the meeting, the progress of the many development projects being implemented in the Maldives under the Indian grant and loan schemes was discussed. The discussion also included avenues to further intensify development cooperation and enhance the Maldives-India partnership.
Mr. Prabhat Kumar, Additional Secretary is in charge of the Development Partnership Administration Divisions that cover Line of Credit projects, capacity building, and large grant projects at the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
The State Minister was accompanied by Secretary Multilateral, Dr. Hala Hameed, Director, Umaira Mohamed, and Assistant Director, Aishath Shahula at the meeting.
