Parliament member for Addu Meedhoo constituency, Ms. Rozaina Adams, has accused the followers of 'the Democrats" are dictators and an abomination to democracy.

She made such bold statements in a tweet while raising concerns following how she was dismissed by the Speaker of the Parliament on today's Parliament meeting. During today's Parliament meeting, Rozaina repeatedly highlighted that the Speaker was acting against the rules, then the Speaker cut off the microphone at Rosina's desk and gave another person the opportunity to speak.

Rozaina said in her tweet that the parliament had shown today the autocracy of the so-called "the democrats" in leadership.

"This is the autocracy of the so-called 'the Democrats' at the leadership of Parliament (speaker position). The leadership (speaker position) were held illegally. When I mentioned that, the microphone was cut off illegally. Different people are treated differently. This is an abomination for democracy," (Rozaina's tweet loosely translated).
